About Me
I was born in Edmonton, Alberta and from there lived in central and southern Alberta. My family and I moved to Manitoba as my Dad was with the RCMP; this is where I spent most of my life in a small town called Pinawa, Manitoba. I knew at a young age that I wanted to be a teacher, as my Mom was a teacher and I aspired to follow in her foot steps. From there I went to University of Manitoba where I completed my Bachelors in Physical Education and University of Brandon to receive my Bachelors of Education in the Primary Grades.
My Teaching History |
This will be my ninth year teaching! The last two years I have taught grade one at IREC. This year I am very excited to move to grade three! Before my move to Alberta I lived in Winnipeg, Manitoba and taught in a small town east of Winnipeg called Ste. Anne. I taught kindergarten, grade 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 over the those six years. I am a passionate, dedicated and caring teacher that just wants the best for the students and I promise to never give up on them!
